Our Rates

OUR GENERAL RATES AND DISCOUNTED MID WEEK RATE

General Rates exclude peak times and public holidays. If you book through the website, the portal automatically goes through to a credit card payment. We can accept direct debit payments/bank transfers as well but you will have to email us to arrange your booking at ruseestate@gmail.com. You will receive a 10% discount on all bank transfers, except at peak times.

Monday to Wednesday Night (Discounted Midweek Rate)

1 bed chalet- $450 per night based on 2 guests

2 bed chalet $600 per night based on 4 guests

Thursday to Sunday Night (Standard Rate)

$500 per night - 1 bed chalet based on 2 guests

$650 per night - 2 bed chalet based on 4 guests

We have a minimum 2 night stay policy which can vary at peak times such as Christmas/NY, Easter and Long Weekends.

 

DISCOUNTED RATES OF 10% FOR STAYS THAT PAY VIA EFT AND FOR STAYS LONGER THAN 5 NIGHTS

Book directly though us for 10% discount if you pay via EFT. This doesn't apply to other booking platforms. All bookings of 5 nights or more are also eligible for this discount if booked directly through us. For these discounts to be applied you need to connect with us so we can generate the discount, they won't be applied if you book using this platform. If you pay via credit card, we cannot offer this discount.

PEAK RATES BETWEEN CHRISTMAS and NEW YEAR always have a 5 night minimum stay.

The first 2 weeks of January has a minimum 3 night stay.

Long Weekends always have a 3 night minimum stay.

Easter always has a 4 night minimum stay.
