A lovely new and modern chalet. Karen our host was super friendly and helpful, she gave us some great suggestions for places to go out. The location was away from the hustle and bustle of the town and on a lovely property. We will be back!

Ruse estate was absolutely amazing and worth every second spent there, I can’t thank Karen enough for our getaway, from the moment we arrived we felt like it was home for the next few days and we were even greeted by the cutest little 4 legged friend. Will definitely be back!

A beautiful peaceful setting. Wake up to sunrise over the Australian bushlands, to native birds in the trees. Karen’s place is a stunning new chalet where Karen has thought of everything for your stay.. from a range of teas and Nespresso coffee, Margaret river fresh bread and organic honey to the regional wine on arrival to organic Margaret river bathroom lotions this is a truely relaxing place to stay. We loved it!

Good set up, everything we needed was provided, Karen was a great host, checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. Was easy enough to take day trips to sight see and visit the local attractions, and buy food in town. Enjoyed the peace and quiet of nature. Would visit again.

Ruse Estate was everything we could have hoped for during our short stay in the Margaret River area this summer - beautifully designed, conveniently and peacefully located and very well equipped, I couldn’t have anything better to say! Karen and Lawrie were incredibly thoughtful hosts who provided thoughtful touches on arrival such as fresh bread and wine and went out of their way to share local recommendations. The chalet itself is stunning - beautifully set on the estate with views of the lake and surrounds, modern in design, very clean and equipped with everything you could possibly need to a high quality. We were also lucky enough to be able to walk around the estate and enjoy the tranquil and picturesque setting, making this the perfect space to wind down amongst nature and in luxury whilst having the option of a short drive into the town centre, wineries and top restaurants. Definitely hope to return soon!

Wow! Such a beautiful spot! Lots of birdsong, amazing stars and kangaroos in the distance. Inside, we were greeted with freshly made bread from our host, with complimentary wine and cheese. Absolutely delicious. The accommodation is beautiful also, lots of gorgeous wood, extremely well appointed and very comfortable with everything in the kitchen you could need. The bathroom even has luxury products to use. HIGHLY recommended.
